Mark your calendars for the first big WVMA CE event of the new year. Spring Training ‘25 is scheduled for March 1 at the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine (UW SVM). And we want to see you there!
We’re not horsing around when we say this is a one-day educational experience you don’t want to miss. (Sorry, we had to include at least one horse pun. We won’t let it happen again. Probably.)
Here’s what you need to know right now (with more details on the way.)
- One-day event: Saturday, March 1, at UW SVM
- Equine and Small Animal lectures
- Radiology, Oncology, Cardiology, and more
- $225 for WVMA members, $600 for non-members
- Registration opens second week in January
- Up to 7 scientific credits
Animals Big and Small, Inside and Out
Our equine track will feature in-depth, hands-on insights on advanced-imaging ultrasound, radiology equipment, and new technologies. Small animal veterinarians will hear from top experts on oncology, cardiology, and more. From practical tools you can use right away, to super-cool stuff you probably never talked about in school—Spring Training ‘25 will cover it all.
But wait, there’s more!
This is your chance to be one of the first veterinarians in the land to step foot into UW SVM’s new indoor arena. Want to learn more about caring for sick foals? You bet your baby horses we’ll have that, too. (Oops, there’s another pun.)
Bottom line: You’ll experience a whole lot of new possibilities and make a whole lotta new connections at Spring Training ‘25, so make plans now to be there March 1. Watch your January emails and wvma.org for registration information and more event details.
In the meantime, Think Spring!
