The Lake Mills Veterinary Clinic is a 97.8% companion animal, (Owner has a few farms he just can’t give up) newly remodeled, relationship centric hospital in search of a FT/PT associate DVM. Currently a two-doctor practice, looking to increase our capabilities and further our quality of care for an ever-growing client base. We are Wisconsin’s first Low Stress Handling clinic, which was our M.O. years before such certifications. Full-time behaviorist on staff, we teach multiple puppy, socialization, adult manners, and beyond basics classes on premise. We are deeply integrated into our community offering free Pet Partners seminars on more than 20 pet related topics. Our support staff is cohesive, compassionate, and a constant source of inspiration. Everyone gets an equal vote, and contributes to our culture and capabilities. Our definition of work-life-balance is to ask less than what folks have to give, help people, support one another on and off the field, and to nurture the Human-Animal-Interdependence. We are just off I-94, half-between Madison and Milwaukee. The population sign reads six thousand but doesn’t reflect the recent influx of young families attracted to excellent schools, an 1100-acre lake, and a Main Street that thrives with social hubs, watering holes, and seasonal events all year long.
