Underdog Pet Rescue & Veterinary Services seeks a skilled veterinarian to lead our mobile HQHVSN program. We travel throughout Wisconsin, partnering with shelters and underserved communities to provide affordable spay/neuter services where access to care is limited.
This surgery-focused position is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys efficiency, autonomy, teamwork, and measurable impact. You’ll work alongside a dedicated mobile team, performing canine and feline spay/neuter surgeries, overseeing anesthesia and patient care, mentoring support staff, and helping thousands of animals each year.
Qualifications:
DVM degree
Wisconsin veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
Current DEA registration
HQHVSN experience strongly preferred
Strong surgical and anesthesia skills
Willingness to travel throughout Wisconsin, including occasional overnight stays
Benefits:
Salary: $60-$75/hr
3-4 day work week (Tuesday–Friday)
