TThompson Animal Medical Center—an independent, privately owned, AAHA-accredited, 4.5-doctor practice—is looking for a full-time Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join our dedicated team!
Our clinic is located in the heart of La Crosse, a vibrant river city surrounded by bluffs, lakes, and endless outdoor opportunities. Whether you love hiking, paddling, or simply enjoying picturesque scenery, this area offers a wonderful quality of life year-round.
We are a progressive, compassionate, and newly remodeled (finishing in 2026) practice focused on excellent client communication and high-quality medicine. While our main patients are dogs and cats, our veterinarians also work with a variety of companion animal species.
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, communicates clearly, manages time well, and thrives in a supportive team environment. New graduates and experienced DVMs are both encouraged to apply—our doctors are enthusiastic mentors, and collaboration is central to our patient care.
