Racine Veterinary Hospital is an established small animal clinic committed to the highest level of medicine and client satisfaction. We are located in the pleasant, safe and friendly suburbs of the Racine/Kenosha border, with fast access to the local freeway for an easy commute. We have a fun working atmosphere and we stress compassionate care and thorough medicine. We are continuously growing and have clientele that have been bringing their pets to us for over 50 years! Expect to earn approximately $120,000 a year, production based, plus $30,000 sign/retention on bonus. Work life balance is a priority. So, you will have one day off midweek and there is no on-call, as we have emergency veterinary services nearby. We provide Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with employer contribution, 401(k) with up to 5% match, CE/Dues allowance, paid licenses (DEA and State), PLIT and VIN Membership. We have paperless charting and lots of equipment such as, Idexx CBC/Bio/Lytes/Sedivue, Digital X-ray (including Dental) and Ultrasound. Fear Free and AHAA certifications are pending. You will have complete clinical freedom to practice independently, collaborate with colleagues and influence the direction of the practice. We have plenty of support staff to help you. Our vets have several decades of experience, love to advance in their areas of special interest and are available for quality mentoring. The right candidate should be someone who communicates well, is a team player, loves pets, and is clinically thorough.
