Riverside Animal Hospital in Green Bay, WI is searching for a dedicated small animal veterinarian to enhance our thriving team of six doctors! We’re open to part-time or full-time opportunities, with most doctors working three or four weekdays from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and no weekend shifts.
Our team is close-knit, hard-working, and easygoing, with seven CVTs, ten assistants, and six customer service representatives providing robust support. Our support staff is highly trained and skilled so that veterinarians can focus their time on diagnosing, prescribing, and performing surgery. Effective leadership is one of the biggest keys to a successful clinic, and we feel this is one of our biggest strengths.

We’re committed to fostering mentorship, particularly for new graduates. New doctors benefit from bi-weekly scheduled check-ins with the Chief of Staff, a collaborative DVM team always ready to assist, and a structured shadowing program to ensure confidence in appointments, surgery, and dentistry.
For upcoming graduates, we love teaching and hosting externs! We would be happy to host you for 1-2 weeks and help you gain practical GP/surgical experience. We’re confident that if you come to spend some time with us, you’ll want to stay with us!
Practicing medicine at a very high standard is extremely important to us, and you will have all the tools you need to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatment, including digital standard and dental x-rays, surgical laser, cryoprobe, and ultrasound unit. For complex cases, we work with a traveling sonographer who is able to perform echos and abdominal ultrasounds and provide consultation in house. Our doctors meet monthly to discuss cases, new products, and current topics in veterinary medicine.
A typical day for our experienced veterinarians includes 16-20 scheduled patients and an additional 1-4 drop-offs or work-ins, with wellness appointments averaging 15-30 minutes and sick visits at 30 minutes.
