November International Veterinary Rounds: One Health Climate Impact
Dr. Douglas Riley will provide an insightful overview of One Health in Delaware and the surrounding region, highlighting its relevance to global challenges. The presentation will cover critical topics such as climate change and predictive patterns related to heat, with a focus on the interconnected health of humans, animals, and the environment. Unlike previous presentations that centered on individual cases, this session will place greater emphasis on herd health and population-level concerns.
Sharing knowledge and experiences from cases is an excellent way to give back to our profession, and here is your opportunity! The UW School of Veterinary Medicine and Wisconsin Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory have developed a collaborative relationship with EMRI Green Health Services in Hyderabad, India for clinical training of field veterinarians over the past three years and have regular monthly virtual case rounds. The goal of this webinar is to expand the audience and participation to veterinary colleagues on all continents.
