Acute Abdominal Pain
Acute abdominal pain can signify both medical as well as surgically managed problems. Determining whether a case is surgical requires a thorough knowledge of the patient’s history and physical exam findings, as well as critical appraisal of diagnostic results. Patient stabilization will be discussed using a case-based approach.
