The ability to spot toxic plants in a pasture is a critical step in keeping animals healthy. Dr. Mary C. Smith highlights the impact poisonous plants can have on livestock and how to best treat grazers who have eaten toxic levels of vicious vegetation. Toxicity cases will be presented to help attendees learn how to quickly identify signs of poisoning and create action plans to remove toxic plants from feeding grounds.
