This program will offer the small animal clinician an entry level introduction to diagnostic ultrasound including scanning routine, basic measurements, image optimization and purchasing guidelines.

Schedule: Four hours of lectures will cover major abdominal organ sonographic anatomy and scanning technique for both dogs and cats.   Four hours of hands-on opportunities will be provided on normal dogs. Animals will be scanned in lateral recumbency. 

This course is taught at a DVM level.
