2014 WVMA Convention Dates Announced

Convention to be Held October 9-12

2014 WVMA Convention

Mark your calendar for the 2014 WVMA Annual Convention – Blazing New Trails – being held October 9-12 at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wis.

The convention will be held in conjunction with the Wisconsin Veterinary Technician Association and Wisconsin Veterinary Practice Managers Association conventions, and features an immense lineup of nationally acclaimed speakers and trade show vendors.

Large animal tracks will include nutrition, effectively adding beef production medicine to a dairy practice, milk and meat residue avoidance, small ruminants, dairy immunology and vaccination, lung disease in calves, down cow handling and equine. Dermatology, orthopedics, endocrinology, feline vaccination and immunology will be featured in small animal tracks, and an anesthesia monitoring lab.

The WMVA is excited to announce Christine Cashen as the keynote speaker. Cashen is an authority on sparking innovative ideas to handle conflict, reduce stress and energize employees. For more than 10 years, she has spoken with a variety of audiences throughout the United States, Canada, South Africa and Australia!
